Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Techniq AI account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do this.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open the Techniq AI app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Account settings → Delete account.
3. Confirm by typing DELETE and re-entering your password (or re-signing in with Apple or Google).

Your account, throw videos, analyses, and all associated personal data are removed from our systems immediately.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app for any reason, you can request account deletion by email:

• Send an email to support@techniqai.app
• From the email address associated with your Techniq AI account
• With the subject "Delete my account"

We will confirm your identity, delete your account and all associated data, and reply to confirm the deletion is complete. We aim to action requests within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account record (name, email, password)
• All throw videos you have uploaded
• All analyses generated for your videos
• Your onboarding answers and in-app preferences
• Any feedback you have submitted

What does not get deleted

• Your subscription. Deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel it separately through the App Store or Google Play, or you will continue to be billed.
• Records we are required to keep. Where law requires us to retain specific records (for example, accounting or fraud-prevention records), we will keep only the minimum required and for no longer than required.
